If you have just recently bought an Amazon Fire Stick, navigating through the device is going to be one of the toughest jobs for you. While the Fire OS interface is quite simple and user-friendly, for a first time user, it may come as a challenge.

You can take a quick view of your recent items, like Your Apps & Games, etc. Apps & Games is the place you will find all your applications including Amazon Music and Prime as well as third-party apps like Netflix, YouTube and Hulu.

These advertisements offer digital (movies, TV shows, apps), as well as physical products sold on the Amazon e-commerce website.
This banner ad cannot be removed and is there to advertise the variety of products available for purchase on the media streaming device. You can select a video from the Fire TV menu, view and manage your Watch list. Everything else is Amazon Prime service.
In case you want to look for something within the device or on the internet, you need to use the search feature. You can find this feature next to Home. Select the Search icon in the Fire TV menu and enter a text search using the on-screen keyboard. You can also use the Alexa voice recognition feature if you have a Fire TV remote with a Voice button. This is called a voice search.
